The SEC Glasgow
How to get there
Situated just off junction 19 of the M8 motorway, the SEC is within five minutes’ drive of the city centre and 15 minutes from Glasgow International Airport. SEC has its own railway station and bus terminal linking with Glasgow’s public transport system.
The multi-storey car park (MSCP) at the SEC, operated by City Parking (Glasgow) LLP, is the main parking area used for events at the venue. This facility is located at 10 Stobcross Road, Glasgow, G3 8YW. On-site pay machines are located on level 2 (walkway level) and ground floor main foyer of the car park. Payment can be made by cash or credit/debit card.
Parking is available at the SEC and is chargeable at £8 for the day. Visitors can either pre-pay after arrival or pay before exiting.
The Exhibition Centre station is the SEC’s own dedicated railway station allowing easy access from the city centre and the suburbs. Six trains an hour (around every 10 minutes) from Central station (Platform 17 is on the lower level) will bring you to Exhibition Centre station in a journey time of just three minutes.
